Caribbean Poker Strategy
To know your cards is crucial. You need to know the highest pairs and which cards are equal.Below is a list of the winning cards in the order of your odds.
Straight Flush: Five cards of the same symbol in a row. Straight Flush wins by the highest card order. Royal Flush: Ace, king, queen, jack and 10 all with the same symbol. Four of a kind: Four cards of the same numerical value or the with the same picture. Depending on the game, some won´t count others will. Flush: Any five cards of the same symbol. If the highest cards are the same face value, then the following highest card determines the winner and so on. Straight: Any five cards in sequence, two or more symbols. Full House: Three of one and two from another, or the ace and face cards are possible. Some games take a lower cards, but in casinos if it looks like a family, it's a full house. Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same face cards or aces. Two pairs of cards: Two pairs of two face cards or aces. If there is a tie, the unmatched card raises between the two players, the player with the higher number wins. One Pair: Two of the same face cards or aces. High Card: Five cards, different rank and symbols. The highest card profits. If none of the above are achieved. Remember for all of the above kinds of gains if two other players have the same winning combination, determines the amount of tickets, who the winners and the losers. * Your best strategy is to observe the hand of cards and body language and the play of each competitor, so you know whether he's bluffing or not. This is only second to what cards you have in your own hand. If you know you can not win, don´t try it. You never know who is having which cards, so you realy on your own instincts in the game. It's all psychology, a good bluff can win, even with a small hand, if he brings others into giving up better hands. If you give up more times, you have better chances to win more games. If you play too many bad hands, you will loose money. You need to know when you have to play the cards, or when you better stop. |
